1900 Half Street - Watermark

Formerly known as 1900 Half Street, Watermark at Buzzard Point is located on the banks of the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers in Washington, D.C. An existing eleven-story office building was redeveloped into a dynamic new, mixed-use residential and retail destination offering more than 15,600 square feet of retail space, 435 luxury apartments, and 200+ parking spaces. Plus, two elevated courtyards, a green penthouse roof, rooftop infinity pool and deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, and riverfront views.

Homewood at Willow Ponds in Frederick, MD

Offering beautiful views of the Catoctin Mountains and Willow Pond, The Lodge is an independent living apartment building for active adults age 55 and over.

Press House - DC

Press House is located at the epicenter of several successful, high-density, amenity-rich neighborhoods, including Union Market, NOMA, Shaw, and the H Street corridor. The project will deliver in June 2021 and will be a mixed-use community with residential, retail and the rehabilitated historical structure will serve as creative office and authentic retail uses. The luxurious lobby is filled with custom art installations. Amenities include a rooftop pool with city views, multi-level fitness center, retro game room and a community creative workspace.

Pandora Jewelry - Interior Project

In early 2015 Robey Inc. completed the interior fit-out for the new corporate office of Pandora Jewelry located in downtown Baltimore City.
